From New to Blue
A brand new home, a blank slate.
This wide open space needed a lot of character added to it. The bones of the home were beautiful so it was just a case of making it pop. We wanted to make sure that the kitchen, dining & living room flowed nicely together so we carried the light grey neutral palette through out, mixing in navy blue and a bold pattern on the area rug in the living room. We accented the windows with beautiful sunset light filtering shades and draped the window with neutral cream custom drapery panels. Modern artwork on either side of the fireplace was our way to try and convince this family to have no TV in this space – and luckily we won that battle. The artwork really helps to bring out the rest of the space; especially with the simple neutral fireplace. Pops of oranges were brought into the space through accessories.
The final look turned out amazing and these clients are thrilled with their space! Classic, unique & fun for a great family!
