Glamorous Master Suite

Project Overview:

A king upholstered bed in a textured cream fabric was chosen and coupled with large mirrored chests to add some glam. Gorgeous crystal tiered chandeliers installed over the nightstands provide some glitz and ambient lighting to the room. To complete the Wow factor, a diamond patterned wallcovering in taupe and gold adorned the bed wall. Bedding included a neutral and gold threaded duvet coupled with pink velvet euro shams, taupe/lavender striped velvet shams a geometric gold embroidered pillow.

What feminine glam suite doesn’t have some fur in it? A bench in gold metal and faux alpaca was placed end of bed and a faux fur pillow on the bed. A soft blush and neutral area rug provides softness and warmth. For storage a wardrobe chest with antiqued mirror insets, to echo the night stands, was placed between two windows. A Pop-up TV cabinet was placed against the wall of windows which allowed the view unobstructed, yet TV can be watched when needed. A tub chair in peony pink was placed in the corner and coupled with a faux fur ottoman.

Light control was a must as with many Florida homes. Blackout shades were installed to allow for rest. To enjoy the water view and sunsets, drapery panels in a gold mist sheer, echoing the wallpaper pattern, were installed on all the window with antique brass poles, glass finials, and satin gold rings.
