Project Overview:

This space was small for a clubhouse, yet needed to accommodate meeting, gatherings, and parties alike. The space was dated and dingy, lighting outdated and not sufficient. Request was for a space that would be light, bright, and functional so residents would once again want to use the clubhouse, which was going completely unused because of the condition of it. The small kitchen was dark and out dated as well and needed updating to make it useful. Wanted the space to reflect the Meditterean feel of the complex and bring the outdoors in. The tile floor was dingy and old and needed replacing.

This Coastal Mediterranean clubhouse is now dripping with brightness and the blues of the sea. Uber functional furniture creates areas to accommodate eating, playing,visiting and dancing. Whites, cream and grey combine with deep sea-blue on the upholstery. Driftwood and limestone tables combine with teal lamps. Plantation shutters and drapery side panels keep the view open to the surrounding property.
